What we send, and how often

• Replies to your questions and times to meet for a short call.
• A confirmation when you book, and reminders before the call.
• Up to 4 promotional messages about the program in your first week. After that, only replies to you and texts about calls you book, such as a reminder or new times if we miss each other.

How to stop, or get help

Your privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging provider, Twilio, processes messages only on our behalf.
